After years of trying to lose weight and improve my fitness level, I ended up injured and in chronic pain. In my search for a solution, I discovered brain-based fitness and it became the foundation for my healing.
Doing the things that your body likes and will respond to because it feels safe while staying away from the things it doesn't like which makes injury and pain worse.
This is where my untraditional approach to fitness, exercise, and rehabilitation comes from, my personal experience on what works with the human body and what doesn't.
